I've been helping people with their computers and networks for years. I started Sonoma Bee IT because I kept seeing the same thing: people getting overcharged, talked down to, or handed off to someone who didn't actually fix the problem.

I work with home users and small businesses — the kind of clients that big IT companies often treat as an afterthought. You get me directly, not a help desk.

I'm based in Sebastopol and serve Sonoma County in person. I also work remotely with clients across the country — most problems can be solved without me ever setting foot in your office.

I explain things in plain language. I won't upsell you on things you don't need. And I'll give you a quote before I start any work.
